Jerry Farmer is Corporate Counsel for Quadrum and handles entity, financial, contractual, compliance, regulatory, and other internal and external legal matters for Quadrum and its portfolio. Previously, Jerry worked with Bryn Mawr Trust company of Delaware (then known as Christiana Trust, a division of WSFS) as a trust review and remediation specialist and trust administrator, with a focus on fully managed trusts, trusts with international components, and trusts with unusual structures. He has also worked with the Innocence Project and a small number of private clients.
Jerry received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law and holds Bachelor’s Degrees in both Chemistry and History from the University of Delaware, and is licensed to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York. In his free time, he is an accomplished tailor and performs with the New Jersey Gamer Symphony Orchestra.
