Anoop Rustgi is the Managing Director and oversees asset management, underwriting and the closing of new acquisitions for Quadrum Global’s New York portfolio. Previously, he worked for Vanbarton Group (formerly known as Emmes Asset Management), a private, New York-based real estate investor and operator with more than $2 billion in assets under management. At Vanbarton, Anoop oversaw the management of a diversified real estate portfolio that encompassed some 1.5 million square feet, including a residential development project, office buildings and retail strip centers.
Prior to joining Emmes in 2013, Anoop held several positions at M&T Bank, including vice president of its real estate debt capital markets group, where he sourced, underwrote and syndicated large real estate financings. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University and a master’s in business administration, with a concentration in real estate, from Columbia University.
