Lorenzo Bello is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Lorenzo provides support for the firm's US based assets and the nationwide expansion of Quadrum’s hotel platform. Previously, Lorenzo was an Analyst at SPK Capital, a New York City based family office with a diverse portfolio. His primary focus was expanding SPK’s debt and equity real estate portfolio.
Lorenzo holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate & Planning from University College London and Bachelor of Arts in History of Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh.
