Paulo Ferraz serves as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for US Hospitality and Senior Living portfolios. Paulo joined Quadrum Global in April of 2019, but had previously worked with Quadrum in their hotel sector as the Director of Finance.
With more than 18 years of experience in Finance for the Hospitality Industry Paulo has worked for companies such as Marriott International, Starwood, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Morgans Hotel Group, Sixty Hotels and Swire Hotels.
Paulo holds both a Bachelors in Finance and Hospitality Management as well as a Masters in Finance and Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
