Real Estate Backed NPLs

Jointly with Silverleaf Advisors, a local partner and servicer of Quadrum, we acquired several non-performing single (non-CMBS) loans secured on stand-alone commercial real estate assets:

• Performing loan with technical defaults secured on 99-key beachfront hotel in Ft Lauderdale at a significant discount to unpaid balance. The loan was fully repaid by the borrower in early 2013.
• Non-performing loan secured on a flex/office space in Cape Coral, FL
• Non-performing note secured on an office condominium in Ft Myers, FL
• Non-performing loan secured on an unfinished retail development near Naples, FL
• Several non-performing loans secured on commercial land
