Andrzej Sochacki is the Finance and Corporate Governance Director. He leads the operations of the Quadrum Global Group and its affiliates in Cyprus.
Andrzej has extensive experience in company administration, financial management and reporting, project management and corporate governance. He has been a key contributor to the Group's operations in Cyprus since 2011.
He is responsible for managing the financial, regulatory and compliance aspects of the group's operations in Cyprus and the Cayman Islands.
Andrzej holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nicosia (Cyprus) and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).He also holds an Advanced Certification in Financial Services and Regulatory Framework from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
