Ilyas Aslam is Chief Operating Officer at Quadrum Global and has been at
Quadrum since its inception in 2013. Ilyas has over 22 years’ experience
working within the investment, real estate and private equity sectors. During
this time he has held various senior positions. He has established and
maintained international offices as well as multi-jurisdictional investment and
management structures and has also managed complex cross-border investment
projects. He is a hands-on finance professional with broad director level
experience of UK, pan-European and US investments as well as in wider
jurisdictions.
Ilyas came to Quadrum from The William
Pears Group where he spent 6 years working within its European investment
division. He was a member of the Senior Management Team which led all strategic
decision making including investment considerations, finance and asset
management. Prior to that he spent a number of years working within the UK real
estate investment arena with a focus on diversified real estate portfolios and
large high-end development projects. Ilyas is a law graduate and an accountant
and has focused his career on the investment markets specifically real estate.
