Michael Betley acts as a non-executive director of group subsidiaries and more specifically sits on the board of Quadrum Atlantic SPC, a Cayman Islands registered collective investment scheme, as non-executive Chairman. Michael is one of the founders of Trust Corporation of the Channel Islands Limited, which is a regulated financial services business based in Guernsey and is now part of Ocorian, a large multi-jurisdictional trust and financial services provider. Michael is the Global Head of Private Clients at Ocorian. Previously he was a partner of the London and Guernsey based legal practice of Wedlake Bell and still represents a diverse international client base.
