In July 2014, Quadrum acquired the freehold interest in a 65,000 sf waterfront site that was improved by a vacant warehouse. The site is located in the rapidly gentrifying Greenpoint submarket in northern Brooklyn and includes 100 feet of waterfront frontage, and unobstructed Manhattan skyline and waterfront views.

In 2018, Quadrum began design on The Huron, a 171-flat luxury condominium, designed by acclaimed architect Morris Adjmi. Adjmi’s two-tower design, reminiscent of the smoke stacks of a ship, is an homage to Greenpoint’s history of shipbuilding and manufacturing. The building features over 30,000 sf of amenity space. There are Studio – 4 bedroom flats and over 23,000 sf of private outdoor space among the 171 flats.

The building is under construction and set to be complete in late 2024.

The project has received significant public recognition including an article in Forbes titled “Important Parcel Along Brooklyn’s Waterfront Signals Transformation of Greenpoint.” Additionally, The Huron was listed as the most valuable NYC condominium filing outside of Manhattan in 2022 by TheRealDeal.
