Between 2010 and 2012 Quadrum assembled a 21-hectare site located between Tbilisi city center and Tbilisi International Airport with the intention of creating Georgia’s first lifestyle shopping and entertainment centre.
Quadrum has since developed a shopping centre comprising over 200 units with big box anchors such as Carrefour, Domino DIY and key fashion retailers such as Zara, Bershka, H&M, Massimo Dutti, and Mango.
It also created Georgia’s first family entertainment centre, including an 18,000 sqm indoor children’s amusement park, a bowling complex, an IMAX cinema, and multiple food and beverage outlets.
Following its opening in 2015, Eastpoint Shopping Mall has become a key retail and family leisure destination not only for city of Tbilisi but for the entire region.
