In June of 2019, Quadrum purchased the fee simple interest in the Judiciary Square neighborhood of Washington D.C., minutes away from the US Capitol Building, Capital One Arena, the D.C. Convention Center and Union Station.
Designed by Architecture Incorporated, Arlo DC opened in November of 2024, seamlessly integrating the historic Harrison Building and a new 12-story addition. Offering 445 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar and bodega on the ground floor, a rooftop pool and bar, a gym and multiple meeting areas.
