In April 2023, Quadrum acquired the fee simple interest in The Williamsburg Hotel, an iconic 147-key independent lifestyle hotel in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The hotel was ranked #1 on TripAdvisor for all hotels in Brooklyn, and features a rooftop pool, the famed Watertower Bar, and a 6,000 sq ft ballroom.
Quadrum acquired the hotel by participating in and winning a bankruptcy mandated auction of the asset. Quadrum anticipates converting the hotel to the Arlo Williamsburg in Q3 2023.
